Unfortunately for a health problem I had to have cortisone shots and because of that I gained twenty kilos, which in every way I was trying to get them down. Unfortunately, it was impossible for a simple reason: I could not give up sweets, I liked too much. My solution was Cucina Evolution and Dr. Chiara, whose was told me by my colleague at work. Eventually I got curious about it. It was the turning point of my life. In in 6 months I lost 10 kilograms. I feel great and still have about 10 kilos to lose. But my happiness has been Evolution sweets, which I can eat 2 times per day. Thank you so much to Dr. Chiara and all her staff for what you do for me, for us!
